Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer among women, with a staggering 94% of related deaths occurring in Low -and Middle Income Countries. Many current gynecological tools are outdated, invasive, and daunting for patients, highlighting the urgent need for innovation and compassionate care.
Elleloom is a pioneering women’s health technology company committed to revolutionizing gynecological care with female friendly, intelligent, accessible, and scalable
solutions.
-
At the forefront of our innovation is the Femiscope®—a next-generation, patient-friendly speculum featuring an integrated smart camera and the potential for specialized AI software. This breakthrough tool enables precise visualization, remote expert consultation, and scalable screening, opening new possibilities for women’s gynecological health.
-
Our technology enables cervical cancer screening by minimally trained staff, with support from telehealth and AI triage. Women can receive immediate results and access screen-and-treat options, including thermal coagulation—all in a single visit.
Good-quality screening can reduce mortality by 80% or more among screened women, but existing coverage and access remain inadequate in many regions.
Traditional methods such as cytological smears and HPV tests are frequently too costly and complex to implement on a large scale in Low Income Countries.
Evidence of Feasibility and Impact:
Our Bangladesh program has screened 20,000 women over five years, demonstrating affordability, scalability, and patient comfort. In collaboration with the SloB Foundation, the program reached over 131,000 mothers and conducted 20,562 VIA tests, with 600 positives and 475 treatments.
Elleloom is dedicated to advancing women’s health with modern technology, making care more effective, less invasive, and accessible for all women, everywhere.
